By joining the IDEAL for Healthcare community platform, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I have read and understand the Membership Terms of [Organization Name].
I agree to conduct myself in a manner consistent with respect, professionalism, and inclusivity.
I will uphold the mission and standards of [Organization Name] and contribute positively to the community.
I understand that [Organization Name] may suspend or revoke my membership at any time, with or without cause, if my behavior or actions are found to violate the Membership Terms or undermine the integrity of the organization.
I understand that membership fees, if applicable, are non-refundable should my membership be revoked.
By submitting my membership application or renewing my membership, I agree to be bound by the Membership Terms and this Membership Agreement.

Membership Terms
1. Purpose of Membership
Membership in IDEAL for Healthcare is designed to foster community, professional growth, and collaboration among individuals who share our mission and values.
2. Code of Conduct
Members agree to:
Treat fellow members, staff, partners, and the broader community with respect and professionalism.
Engage in discussions and activities in a constructive and inclusive manner.
Avoid harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior in any form.
Protect the integrity of the community by upholding confidentiality when appropriate.
Represent IDEAL for Healthcare in alignment with its mission, standards, and reputation.
3. Organizational Standards
Members are expected to act in good faith, contribute positively, and uphold the ethical standards of the organization.
Use of membership benefits, resources, or platforms must align with the intended purpose of the organization.
Members may not use membership to solicit, spam, or engage in disruptive activity.
4. Membership Status
Membership is a privilege, not a right.
IDEAL for Healthcare reserves the sole discretion to suspend or revoke membership at any time, with or without cause, if a member’s actions are deemed inconsistent with our standards or detrimental to the community.
Membership fees (if applicable) are non-refundable in the event of revocation.
5. Amendments
IDEAL for Healthcare reserves the right to update these Membership Terms. Members will be notified of changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
